New Date Announced
November 29th and 30th

As HMSDC switches gears from disaster to disaster recovery, we want to continue to pray for the strength and safety of our members and MBEs in the region. It has been a rough couple of days but nothing stands stronger to task than our EXPO theme, Rooted in Business, Growing in Diversity. HMSDC has rescheduled EXPO and the Energy Summit to November 29th and 30th at the George R. Brown Convention Center and meal functions will be at the Hilton America’s Hotel. We will once again demonstrate why Houston is ranked the #1 City for minority businesses in the nation! We will display that diversity, as we band together regardless of background, gender or race, will establish new and renew existing business relationships and demonstrate the resilience of Houston. The diversity and strength of our region is focused on coming together to heal, rebuild and grow!
We stand behind Mayor Turner and all city officials in opening the convention center doors for those in need of assistance and look forward to hearing his address at EXPO in November. We will communicate with general attendees, Exhibitors, Energy Summit participants via e-mail, and direct you to the EXPO website for updates and information http://expo.hmsdc.org or http://energy.hmsdc.org.
NOTE: Refunds will not be issued for EXPO. EXPO has been rescheduled and all registrations (both Exhibitor and General Attendee) will be rolled over to the new event date.
As always, we are here to service you. If you need anything, please feel free to contact us at expoupdates@hmsdc.org. We hope that you will join us for this extraordinary event and help us solidify business opportunities for MBEs that are Rooted in Business and Growing in Diversity. While we are all lucky to have weathered Hurricane Harvey, we wish all of our General Attendees and Exhibitors luck as luck is defined as the point in which preparation meets opportunity.
